You did a lot with so few sounds and visuals. It's hard to believe something so simple stirred up genuine relief in me when I got the 'good' ending. Beautiful game, incredibly sad.

It triggers a similar sadness in me as the movie "The Road". An innocent child born into a harsh world and a parent desparately trying to keep the child save and alive. For one it is just reality, for the other the result of a change to the worst thinkable.

This is amazingly depressing. As a parent it makes me feel guilty too. Died in year 9 the first time but they survived the second play through.
